Job Description
Walk in for US Voice process on 26th October 09 at the BCD travel office, Salarpuria Ascent, 2nd Floor, #77 Jyoti Nivas College Road
Koramangala, Bangalore - 560 095 India
Position: Voice Associate
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline /Post graduate in Travel & tourism/ Diploma in Travel & Tourism
Yrs of Experience: 0 – 2yrs
Good English communication skills, High energy level and open to work in night shifts
Desired Candidate Profile
Competencies Required:
· Excellent communication skills (verbal / written)
· Effective listening skills
· Willingness to multi-task and work as a team member
· Adequate knowledge in MS-Office / Email operations
· Typing skill with minimum speed of 30WPM
· Flexible to work in any given shift including Sat & Sun
· Experience in Travel industry or IATA /MTA is an added advantage
