Job Description

  • Should be fully conversant with the arrival/departure of the guests.
  • Maintenance of the guest history cards.
  • Daily checking and maintenance of Logbook.
  • Arranging for and keeping ready for garlands, flowers, Tika-thalis etc. as and when required.
  • Keep vigilance at Lobby & Front Office Corridor.
  • He / She is responsible for checking of Log Book and Blocking the rooms.
  • Preparing of “C” Form and making sure of Passport valid or not before registration.
  • Collecting the Guest feedback forms and acting accordingly for negative feedback received and rectifying and clarifying the guest for his discomfort felt.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 * Must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work with individuals at all levels.

* Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management.

* Walk-In's from 13.10.2009 to 15.10.2009
