Job Description
As an Executive - Client Relations you will work with a team of Doctors, Nutritionists and other professionals. Your major responsibilities includes:-
Making calls to the customer, attending calls, taking feedback from clients about our services and maintaining database. • Handling efficiently EBPAX Board for al incoming/outgoing calls.
• To make follow up action with all clients and update their records accordingly.
• Welcoming walk-in clients and make their database.
• Explaining them about various ongoing programs.
• Collateral co-ordination with all departments.
• Also to update all the filing systems relating to accounts, client registration, products, attendance, to coordinate with the billing clerk and ensure efficient management of all filing systems.
