Job Description
 To manage the day–to day planning, operation and problem solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components, standards and sales targets, to develop the team to ensure delivery.
 Contribute for the initial hiring and selecting process of the front line agents.
Compiling reports on team’s performance.
 Responsible for making decisions on training requirement for team members and adjusting targets to suit the needs of the business.
 Ownership and problem resolution.
 Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.
 Training and development of staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
 Ownership & problem resolution of the team.
 Monitoring & coaching the team on a day-to-day basis.
 Must have handled a team of 15-20 Tele marketing Associates.
 Must be from Sales background.
 Must have an experience of atleast 2 Years with upselling and Gross Selling or Pure Sales.
 Knowledge of more than any 2 Regional Languages ( Hindi, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam,Gujarati)
