Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic business development executives for the sales process of our backup software, StoreGrid. Prior experience in selling IT products/services will be a plus.

 

The job involves cold calling leads in North America. Cold calling leads, establishing sales relationship with basic information about the product offering and converting them into sales will be involved. A second level team will assist you with in-depth / technical queries of the product as well as in offering product demos. US shift timings will be applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Enthusiasm to engage with the customer in conversations is required. Experience in selling IT products/services will be preferred and we are looking for motivated telecallers with good English skills. Positions will be based out of Chennai and the compensation will be on par with industry.

 

The job will involve lead generation and giving initial responses to leads and this will be through voice based outbound calls. Contact numbers will be provided based on different databases that we use.

 

The Business Development Executive will also have assistance from his manager and technical support team for technical, product knowledge.
