Job Description

Profile Summary –

The candidate will be responsible for planning, analyzing and managing Operations of Telecom Billing

 

Role & Responsibilities –

• Managing day 2 day operation for Telecom Billing 

• Analyzing requirement as per customer business needs

• Planning/ Designing/ Trouble Shooting

• Formulating and monitoring processes for better control with customer satisfaction

Competences –

Functional:

• Strong written/verbal communication skills

• Good Team Player

• Positive and flexible attitude

• Ability to think clearly, identify risks, anticipate eventualities and resolve problems under pressure

• Ability to understand and comply with business processes and procedures

• Ability to interact with users / partners / vendors / sub-contractors effectively

Technical:

• Strong technical and designing expertise to effectively assist the team in designing/ trouble shooting

• Ability to understand and comply with methods, standards, guidelines, tools, techniques and procedures

Desired Profile

• 2 – 6 yrs of experience

• Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Billing Operations

• At least 1-2 years of Team management exposure

• Good working experience on Telecom software.

• Ability to work under pressure and to stretch during week ends/ Odd hours.

• Ability to formulate / take end user trainings.
