Job Description

At a team lead level you will be responsible to handhold a team. Should be good at people management and performance management skill & also:
1. Attention to detail
2. Ability to follow instructions
3. Communication skills for Client Interfacing (verbal, comprehension and written)
4. Analytical thinking - Logical Reasoning
5. Basic Computer Skills (Typing and simple functionalities)
6. Ability to plan and organize
7. Ability to manage, train, and coach team members
8. Ability to identify process improvement opportunities, monitor productivity and quality
9. Should have good people management skills
10. Ability to manage and communicate change effectively
11. Intermediate knowledge of macros
12. Multi-tasking
