Job Description

Experience in back office rule based decision making processes and/or Learning Administration

1. Experience utilizing survey tools (e.g., Metrics that Matter (MTM), EFM Vovici (formerly Websurveyor), Survey Monkey, Zoomerang).

2. Basic Computer Skills (Typing and simple functionalities)

3. Attention to detail

4. Ability to follow instructions

5. Anaytical Thinking- Logical Reasoning

6. Communication skills (written,comprehension and verbal)

7. Ability to manage multiple requests and timelines
