Job Description
Sr. IT Recruiter (Domestic Staffing - Day Shift - 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM) -- Walk In on 23rd OCT, 2009 in between 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Should have 2-4 years of Hands on experience of IT hiring in Domestic Staffing (C2H)
• Must have excellent Communication and Convincing Skills
• Must have self motivation and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in Contract to Hire Staffing is must.
• Experienced in establishing processes & best practices
• Ability to handle high volume recruiting in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Willing to work for extended working hours when required.
