VOICE PROCESS with a DAY SHIFT.

PROCESS DETAILS:

1. This is a voice process.

2. This is a customer service process.

3. Candidates will be required to communicate with customers.

4. Candidates will be required to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls.

5. This is NOT a non voice process.

6. This is NOT a tech support process.

7. Process Name: Platinum.

8. We are hiring Customer Care Executives at the entry level ONLY.

9. These positions are only for Bangalore based candidates.

 

APPLICABILITY CRITERIA

1. Be / B. Tech do not apply.

2. People looking for Non-Voice / Tech support do not apply.

3. People looking for any other job do not apply.

4. People with long gaps in their careers do not apply.

5. Age Limit: 35 years only.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidates must be willing to work in DAY shifts.

2. Candidates must have excellent oral skills.

3. Graduated in the following streams (Ba, B.Com, Bbm, Bba, Bsc, and Bca)

4. Minimum 0.6 to 2 yrs experience

5. Must be know any one of the south indian language (Telugu/Tamil)

6. Immediate joinees are preferable

 

Salary (CTC): 1, 60,000 - 2, 00,000

 

Time: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm

 

Date: from 26TH OCT - 26TH NOV

 

Note: Need to carry your original (educational & experience or relieving letter) documents.

 

The Shift starts at 6:00 AM and ends at 11:00 PM. Candidates will have to work for nine hours within this window.
