Position:  Collections Officer

Experience:   2+years

Education:  Graduate

Work Timings:  6:30pm to 3:30am (North American shift)  

 

Role Summary

Replicon is searching for candidates to join our successful team in an administrative capacity.  We are currently looking for self motivated, highly organized and energetic individuals who have a proven history of following process and reaching goals.

The Collections Officer’s are responsible for following up with customers to collect and provide resolutions of outstanding invoices to ensure the Replicon receives payments on time. The majority of communication with customers is via phone and e-mail, making it essential that the incumbent of this role have excellent business communication skills. It is of the utmost importance that the incumbent of this role have the ability to understand and relate the benefits of Replicon and its solutions to customers to maintain a positive customer relationship.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the Collections Process with regards to timelines and activities need ed for each outstanding customer invoice
  • Be resourceful in resolving any issues that are causing a delay in customer payment
  • Interact with sales and support to ensure outstanding issues are resolved so that no obstacles are in the way of customers paying their invoice on time
  • Coordinate client emails, maintain follow up and pro-active communication to clients
  • Provide customers with extension keys/days based on the date of payment decided
  • Maintain data within the CRM (customer relationship management) software and keep detailed notes in the system
  • Make a commitment to meet A/R targets and work independently to improve the current process

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

  • Any graduate with a minimum 2+ years of work experience in a customer handling role
  • Has contacted International customer via emails and phone calls regarding issues, payments, etc
  • Excellent communication skills / active listening skills
  • Passion for customer handling, and target oriented.
  • Strong proficiency with computers (MS Excel, Word, Adobe, etc)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail ,
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work with multiple departments
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment / time management skills
