Job Description
Areas of responsibility: Sales, Service & relationship building.
Responsible for receiving walk in customers,
Identifying their needs and accordingly selling the JS offline subscriptions.
Keeping track of the records in alliance with customer need, doing regular follow up to upgrade the customer at the end of the subscription period.
The candidate has to ensure that the sales targets for the particular store are achieved.
Key responsibilities:-
Receiving the walk in customers cordially, understand them, making them comfortable and striking a conversation with them with respect to the matrimonial product/service.
Detailing the JS offline product/service.
Filter & search the JS database for matches based on customer requirements and preferred partner criterion
Fol low up and keep a track of the profiles who revert with an interest and who are a part of the short listed profile pool.
danaging collections & generating relevant MIS reports.
Desired Profile
Graduates/PG in any stream
Mature/Polite.
Candidate should know local language
Soft spoken & smart in customer handling.
Understanding of the diverse communities in India.
Strong vernacular communication skills
Basic knowledge of computers.
Ready to work on Saturday and Sunday.
