Job Description
Jr IT Recruiter Fresher(US)-- Walk In On SEP 30th '09& 1st OCT '09::11AM-6PM) -- NIGHT SHIFTS .
This is an Entry Level Opportunity open to “Any Graduates” who are quick learners and are excited about starting a career in Recruitment. Previous experience in the call centers will be added advantage.
Drive to succeed and Strong initiative and ability to think on your feet. Strong English written and verbal communication skills (On a scale of 10 .we are looking for individuals with at least a score of 9).
1.Individuals with low to average written and verbal communication skills need not apply.
2.Willing to work in night shifts.(6:30--3:30).

Sr IT RECRUITER (US -NIGHT SHIFTS) ::
WALKINS on Sep 30 '09 and O ct 1st '09 11:00AM
· Should have 2 to 3 yrs. of experience in International Recruiting (US) Industry.
· Must have excellent communication skills to work with US Citizens.
· Must have self motivation and positive attitude.
· Strong knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099 Corp-to-Corp, etc
· Good knowledge of different visas like H1B, GC, TN, OPT (F1), etc
· Ability to handle high volume recruiting in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines.
· Willing to work in the Night Shift (As per Eastern Standard Time).

The selected individual would need to work as per “Night Shifts” primarily supporting the US time zones. He/She would be responsible for sourcing candidates, interviewing, performing professional assessments, analyzing client needs and building long-term relationships on a foundation of honesty and integrity.
